Kimberly Hughes
Kimberly is our Executive Director and has been with Boys 2 Men Girls 2 Women since 2005. Kimberly has leant her many years of expertise as a Chief Grant Writer, Project Coordinator, as well as serving on the Board of Directors (2009-2023). Kimberly’s long-standing career in Academic Support, and Health Education Programs exhibits her passion for serving the metropolitan community of Fresno as well as the rural communities of West Fresno County and South Valley. Kimberly also served as advisor to the Boys2Men Girls2Women campus club at Fresno State during her tenure there. Having past jobs at Fresno State and Fresno City, she maintains strong relationships on both campuses, where we glean our interns and volunteers. Kimberly is a strong community advocate, with a passion for community outreach, touching the lives of those who may not otherwise come forward to ask for help. Kimberly has a track record for proven leadership, as a public speaker, facilitator, train-the-trainer, and Legislative Advocate at the US Capitol, State, and local levels. She now oversees the day-to-day operations of the organization and strives to pursue the vision for the growth and future success for Boy 2 Men Girls 2 Women. Her desire is to see that all youth receive the academic help they need to advance their grades, persist through high school and on to college. Her dream is for all youth and volunteer staff to be deployed into our community to pass on, and build up positive self-images, with character and morals to promote a lifetime of success – touching the lives of others!

Cindy is one of our lead executive assistant supervisors and has many task such as managing and maintaining our corporate office. Cindy is one of our lead executive assistant supervisors and has many task such as managing and maintaining our corporate office. Her administrative duties consist of many roles including human resources. She is also our web designer, graphic designer, Social Media content creator, social media management, IT Tech, marketing team and so much more.
She is also an experienced outreach event coordinator and has worked extensively doing youth events throughout the city of Fresno and throughout the state of California. Cindy had a heart and passion for the youth in our community and her multiple levels of skills has been a major asset to Boys 2 Men Girls 2 Women.

Office Manager
Alex has extensive Supervisory skills and Boys 2 MEN and Girls 2 Women is blessed to have him as part of our administrative staff. He keeps our office in tip top shape. He is a bit of a comedian and keeps the staff on their toes.

Leo Peña has been a volunteer for Boys 2 Men Girls 2 Women for some time and is now on our Board of Directors. He is passionate about children and their education and has currently retired as an educator with Golden Plains Unified School.

Leo Peña has been a volunteer for Boys 2 Men Girls 2 Women for some time and is now on our Board of Directors. He is passionate about children and their education and has currently retired as an educator with Golden Plains Unified School.
Leo has worked a schoolteacher and worked with children at many levels from 2003-2024. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Fresno State University. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.
