SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES & BENIFITS

There are many ways to get involved, first, we have our Sponsorship packages. We have several ways to sponsor, as a committed monthly sponsor you will receive the following:

1.) Company/Organization logo displayed on our website and promotional material.

2.) Company/Organization name mentioned on PSA's

3.) Company/Organization mentioned on any press releases. Once we have received your monthly Sponsorship subscription commitment, we will contact you with further info.

You can make a difference in a child's life and our community– we see it every day. Thanks to our volunteers and the generous support of so many individuals and companies' community-wide, we make a difference in the lives of so many children. With your gift, Boys2MEN can continue to impact the lives and the needs of many children in our community.

All contributions to Boys2MEN Girls2WOMEN of Fresno County are tax deductible. All inquiries regarding gifts to the Foundation will be regarded as confidential unless specified otherwise. All donations are 100% tax deductible.

Where does the money go?

Assess children and their needs

We assess each child to determine the child's problem areas and academic needs, in order for our tutor staff to effectively make an impact on their grades, improve their study habits, and become academically and socially successful.

Background Checks

All tutors and mentors are required to undergo a background check, and Mandated Reporter Training (AB 506), before working with any child 5-18 in our Tutor Academy.

Volunteers from colleges, and/or the community, are also required to undergo a background check before serving in our programs.

Most volunteers are recruited and all volunteers are required to be screened thoroughly before working with a child.

We make sure all our volunteers, mentors, tutors, and staff are fully equipped and well trained with working with the children.

Initial basic training is provided for all our volunteers, mentors and staff.

We make sure all our volunteers, mentors, tutors, and staff are fully equipped and undergo 1 day of Live Tutor Training, as well as Tutor Training video modules, prior to working with our student participants/children. This training requires a trainer, and HR Coordinator

Liability Insurance

In order to keep all children and staff safe on our premises, we subscribe to General Liability insurance. A certificate is provided for all of our university, community colleges, volunteer agencies, and our property management, who are sending us tutors, mentors, and ancillary staff. .

Student Supplies and Meals

We also make sure all our children have all the necessities needed while they are being mentored/tutored 12-weeks in fall and spring, as well as during our 6-week Summer Camp. The weekly expenses for project supplies, water, snacks, and meal costs (Tues-Fri) are our spending priority. We ask for and do appreciate any donations of products and supplies on our "things needed" area of this page, where you can specify what you would like your donation to be spent on, if desired.

Administrative and Clerical Training

Our corporate office is considered a "training station" for many 1st time work experience and alternate light duty Workman's Comp/injured staff. Those desiring to learn Microsoft Office and Google Office Suite can complete a Certificate of Completion if serving 6-months as a volunteer. Our After School Tutor Academy is in dire need of items as we serve our local community and at risk youth, if anyone feels led to help we would greatly appreciate it.

We had a super time supporting our new collaboration with Vallarta Supermarket and being able to attend their new Grand Opening in Clovis CA! We are beyond grateful for their contribution and support to Boys 2 Men Girls 2 Women! We are super grateful for their donation to Boys 2 Men Girls 2 Women.

We can’t express enough to our wonderful collaborative community partners who help us to be able to serve the children in our local community and be able to provide much needed after school education and mentoring school services to families in need.

One-time donations are absolutely welcomed and needed.

The Boys2MEN Girls2WOMEN of Fresno California offers all services free of charge to children and families. While the Boys2MEN Girls2WOMEN donates time to mentor and tutor children, it costs the organization an average of $2500 per child per year for program services and staffing to create, supervise and support each child’s “Pair” with a volunteer Uncle or Aunt. Your financial donation, no matter how big or small, will help a child have a special friend to spend time within this structured program with proven results.

All donations are 100% tax deductible. You will receive a receipt for tax purposes.

How your Donation can HELP

*$2500 Provides 2 children with 1 year of mentoring and caring by an Aunt or Uncle

*$1500 Agency insurance for 6 months.

*$500 Provides 20 background checks on prospective Aunt and Uncle volunteers.

*$150 Training materials for 4 mentors and 4 parents.
