Cindy is our Lead Executive Assistant and is one of our supervisors. She has been with Boys 2 Men Girls Women for over 4 years and is on our Board of Directors. She is highly experienced in community outreach, youth services and multi-talented in many areas. She has served in leadership in local Communities throughout the state of California for over 20 plus years. She serves as the lead of Boys 2 Men Girls 2 Women HR Department and IT Department. She also is B2MG2W graphic and web designer. 

Ruby De La Cruz officially joined Boys 2 Men Girls 2 Women board of directors June 2026 after our beloved Ruby "Toni" Rudd officially retired. She has served as the Welfare-to-Work (WTW) Liaison for the Fresno County Department of Social Services and in Site Development. She has worked directly with Boys 2 Men and Girls 2 Women from 2017-2022 as a community partner, serving our WTW clients and the broader Fresno community.    

Based on her long history and firsthand experience, she is honored to be a part of Boys 2 Men and Girls 2 Women and has strong confidence about the quality, integrity, and impact of the work the organization provides to our local communities and what the future will bring.

Leo Peña has been a volunteer for Boys 2 Men Girls 2 Women for some time and is now on our Board of Directors. He is passionate about children and their education and has currently retired as an educator with Golden Plains Unified School. 

Leo has worked a schoolteacher and worked with children at many levels from 2003-2024. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Fresno State University. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.
